- Hey everyone! All my patchwork creations are made with either 100% cotton or wool sweaters that I found used at Goodwill or the back of closets. I enjoy making objects that are fun, interesting and not normal to the arts and craft/patchwork world. I have been making Patchwork Creations for almost a year now. I first started when I was given the task to create a toy for my friend's soon to be born baby. So, I found a big bag of old sweaters, found some crochet thread and started to cut up the sweaters. Before I knew it I was piecing together a robot. As the sun was going down four hours later, I finished my first Patchwork creation - Petey The Patchwork Robot. I am happy that he was my first creation and forever something that little Samuel will love. Since then, I have continued to make patchwork creations for my own enjoyment, occasionally giving them out as birthday presents or charity items. Stay tuned as I post new creations. Also feel free to post comments about past creations, new creations or ideas for future creations or even share tips! Also, if you ever want get together and do some crafting, let me know!
